Refund Policy

Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, the following refund policy applies to our services:

Subscriptions

Judici.com does not accept returns for online subscription services. Upon cancellation, the subscription will run to the end of the subscription period. The subscription will not be pro-rated or refunded. All sales are final because the data delivered by Judici.com cannot be returned once access is granted.

Please preview the data we offer before you buy to make sure that the subscription is worth the subscription fee. Court data is available for free from each county's Judici.com website. The subscription services which package the data are described and sample screens are shown. So, before you buy:

  • Use the free access services available from the Participating Courts page to see the data available for a single case, and
  • Review the description of the data package and sample subscription data pages available for each service via the "More Info/Subscribe..." link on the Premium Services page to see how the information from one or more cases/courts is packaged for presentation to subscribers.

Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, the following refund policy applies to payments made with Judici E-Pay/E-Plea:

Judici E-Pay

Judici.com cannot refund any payments made through Judici E-Pay. Once payment is collected, Judici immediately enters the payment into court records. Due to the immediate nature of our service, there will be absolutely no refunds on Judici E-Pay service fees. If you wish to reverse a payment, please contact the Circuit Clerk in the appropriate county. There may be an additional fee. Before making a payment on Judici, please make sure that you are making the payment on the correct case and for the correct amount.



Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, the following refund policy applies to payments made with Judici E-Pay/E-Plea:

Judici Plea & Pay

Judici.com cannot refund any payments made through Judici Plea & Pay. Once payment is collected, Judici immediately enters a disposition in court records. Due to the immediate nature of the service, there will be absolutely no refunds on Judici Plea & Pay service fees. If you wish to reverse a payment, please contact the Circuit Clerk in the appropriate county. There may be an additional fee. Before pleading on Judici, please read the language of the plea carefully to ensure that you understand the rights you are waiving.



Judici Advertising

Judici.com does not accept returns for online advertising services. Advertisement placements will not be pro-rated or refunded. Upon cancellation of the advertisement placement, the advertisement will be removed from www.judici.com. Advertisement placements can be transferred to a different approved advertisement. All sales are final because advertisements begin appearing on www.judici.com as soon as approved. Please preview your advertisement before you buy to make sure that the advertisement is accurate and worth the advertisement placement fee. So, before you buy:

  • Proof-read carefully to ensure that your advertisement is correct before submitting it for approval.
  • Double-check your advertisement placements for county and case type before purchasing.
  • Check the placement costs during the creation process to ensure that the cost is worth the advertisement placement fee.
